Deputy Minister for Publications Emphasizes Strengthening Academic and Media Cooperation with Parwan University

During an official visit to Parwan Province, Mawlawi Muhajer Farahi, Deputy Minister for Publications at the Ministry of Information and Culture, led a delegation to meet with Dr. Mawlawi Mohammad Aziz Kazim, President of Parwan University, to discuss strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.
The meeting emphasized the importance of expanding academic, educational, and cultural cooperation between the Ministry of Information and Culture and higher education institutions. Participants notorious enhancing students' capacity in the Faculty of Journalism and improving university library resources as among the ministry's key priorities.
While expressing appreciation for Parwan University's administrative and academic progress, Deputy Minister Farahi also toured the Ebtekar Radio studio operated by the Faculty of Journalism and the university's public library. He highlighted the important role these facilities play in developing students' practical skills and strengthening their research capabilities.
Farahi stated that the Ministry of Information and Culture is prepared to cooperate with Parwan University by organizing specialized training programmes, creating capacity-building opportunities, and providing essential academic resources and books. He noted that these initiatives are intended to strengthen the educational experience of journalism students and further enhance the university's academic resources.
