A coordination meeting was convened with spokespersons and representatives from government agencies in the northern zone Balkh

  On Wednesday, 4 Jumadi al-Awali 1446, a coordination meeting was held in Balkh province with spokespersons and officials from various government agencies in the northern zone. This meeting was organized by the Department of Access to Information under the Deputy Ministry of Publication at the Ministry of Information and Culture.
 
Attending the meeting were Mavlawi Zia-ul-Haq Haqmal, head of Bakhtar Agency and acting deputy minister for publishing; Maulvi Rahmatullah Nariwal, head of the Access to Information Department; and Maulvi Bakht Muhammad Mominyar, head of human resources for Balkh province, along with directors of information and culture from the northern zone. Spokepersons from various government agencies also participated.
 
At the beginning of the meeting, Mavlawi Zabiullah Noorani, head of information and culture for Balkh province, welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of media and press in society.
 
Later, Mawlavi Rehmatullah Nariwal, head of the Access to Information Department, mentioned that the department has been conducting meetings across the country. He noted that meetings with the spokespersons of government agencies in all zones, as well as media and reporters, have taken place. He recommended fostering good relationships with the media and sharing the activities and achievements of their respective institutions.
 
Mavlawi Zia-ul-Haq Haqmal emphasized that every organization has numerous achievements and that providing timely and positive reflections can counteract enemy propaganda. He also highlighted that the leadership of the Ministry of Information and Culture is committed to addressing the challenges faced by the media and journalists, offering comprehensive support within the framework of the law.
 
Maulvi Bakht Muhammad Mominyar stressed the heavy responsibility of conveying a positive image of society to the international community. He urged everyone to work together to eliminate divisions and pave the way for development.
 
During the meeting, government agency spokespersons and officials raised questions, shared concerns, and offered ideas. The officials responded to these inquiries and assured them that efforts would be made to resolve the issues presented.
