Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan Province Signed an Agreement with 13 Educational Centers

Tuesday (19th of March, 2024), Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan province’s Management of Youth Affairs signed an agreement with 13 educational centers to create facilities for the youth.
Qari Mohammad Abdul Rahman, the Manager of Youth Affairs, says: “This agreement has been signed with a university, two institutions of higher education, three institutes and 7 educational courses. According to this agreement, young people who are facing economic problems and do not have the financial means to continue their education in the private sector will be recognized with a discount so that they can continue their education.”
Shafiullah Rahimi and Nasrullah, two residents of Baghlan Province, said that they welcome this move and hope that by signing this agreement, education will be provided to those young people who try to study in private educational institutions, but they are facing financial problems.
