Afghanistan and Japan Diplomatic Relations are Based on Mutual Respect
On Sunday (18th of February, 2024), Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah met with the Ambassador of Japan Taka Yoshi Kirumi in his office.
At the beginning, the Japanese ambassador mentioned the aid of 54 million dollars and in different parts of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan such as; the government's quick steps in ensuring security, fighting against drugs, corruption and economic development and other activities and called them important steps.
Also Taka Yoshi Kirumi said; The country wants to have positive relations with Afghanistan and now it is time for the world to interact with Afghanistan.
In addition, the Japanese ambassador promised assistance in the preservation, restoration of historical monuments and artifacts and the National Museum.
Further, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah, thanked the Japanese ambassador for his help in the reconstruction of Afghanistan and good diplomatic relations, and added that the protection of historical monuments is a shared responsibility of all, we should cooperate with each other.
