on Wednesday, 3 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448, A seven-day training programme entitled “Familiarization with Administrative Systems and Correspondence” concluded with certificates awarded to 34 employees of the General Directorate for the Preservation of Jihadi Heritage.
The programme was organized by the Capacity Building and Administrative Development Department of the Personnel Affairs Directorate, Ministry of Information and Culture.
The closing ceremony was attended by Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, Deputy Minister for Tourism, Finance and Administration; Mufti Muhammad Tahir Ahmad, Director of the General Directorate for the Preservation of Jihadi Heritage; Mawlawi Naqibullah Noman, Director of the Personnel Affairs Directorate; as well as department heads and employees.
At the ceremony, Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal highlighted the importance, value and activities of the General Directorate for the Preservation of Jihadi Heritage. He said the General Directorate was established to collect and preserve the heritage and artefacts of the jihad so that these materials could be properly passed on to future generations and that they could learn about the sacrifices and selflessness of the mujahideen and leaders.
Jamal further said that writing history with one’s own hands means presenting the correct history to future generations. He also emphasized that the Islamic Emirate, particularly the Ministry of Information and Culture, is committed to strengthening the academic knowledge and capacities of its employees and managers.
He called on the participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained through the training programme in their respective institutions.
Mufti Muhammad Tahir Ahmad, Director of the General Directorate for the Preservation of Jihadi Heritage, expressed appreciation for the organization of the training programme. He said such programmes are useful and effective for employees and play an important role in strengthening their skills and capacities. He also emphasized the need to continue organizing similar training programmes in the future.
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Naqibullah Noman, Director of the Personnel Affairs Directorate, said the programme was organized to familiarize employees with administrative systems and official correspondence, improve work processes, strengthen administrative skills, and enhance their effectiveness in carrying out their daily responsibilities.
The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants.
