A coordination meeting was held with the spokesperson of the central spokespersons regarding the decree of His Highness the Amir al-Mominin.

The Ministry of Information and Culture's Department of Access to Information held an explanatory meeting regarding the working framework of spokespersons related to the purpose of broadcasting. Attendees included Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs; Deputy Minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs Mawlavi Qudratullah Jamal; Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture Mawlavi Atiqullah Azizi; Acting Deputy Minister of Broadcasting Mawlavi Ziaul Haq Hakmal, Head of Access to Information Department; Mawlavi Rhmatullah Nariwal, heads of Press and Broadcasting; and spokespersons of Governmental Institutions.

The meeting began with the recitation of the holy verses of the Holy Qur'an, followed by an explanation of the decree of the Amirul Momineen by Sheikh Hadith Noorul Haq Anwar. He emphasized that spokespersons of the emirate agencies should disseminate information about objectives, policies, activities, achievements, and other pertinent information based on the working framework and policy.

Later, central spokespersons asked questions related to the decree, which were answered in detail by Mr. Anwar.

Additionally, Minister of Arts and Culture, Mawlavi Atiqullah Azizi, expressed that all strategies and policies of the Islamic Emirate were designed to lead to happiness in both worlds. He stressed the importance of moderation despite facing hardships from the world of disbelief.

Finally, Deputy Minister Mawlvi Qudratullah Jamal, Minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administration of the Ministry of Information and Culture, advised the spokespersons to focus on their affairs with complete sincerity, as they had placed great trust and confidence in them.
