The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture visited the shrine of “Zarghuni Ana”

Today Friday (2023/10/6), Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah visited the shrine of the grandmother of the Great Emperor Ahmad Shah Baba, Bibi Zarghuni, in Kandahar.

After praying at the shrine, Mr. Khairkhwah talked about the life and historical background of Zarghuni Anna and also talked about the ruined areas of the shrine with the people of the area.

Mr. Khairkhwah promised to restore the historical site and added that the Ministry of Information and Culture is covering projects in different provinces.
On the other hand, he said; “The protection and restoration of historical areas is the joint responsibility of the government and the people, the people should fulfill their responsibility of protecting them accordingly.”
