There are no restrictions on the work of Journalists in Baghlan Province

These statements were made by the Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan province in a meeting with media officials, reporters, provincial officials and police commanders. The Director of the Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan province, Maulawi Assadullah Mustafa Hashimi, expressed happiness from the performance of the media, he told the Ministry's website:
The media and reporters can prepare reports from all government agencies in accordance with the principles of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and publish them on time without any restrictions.
The Spokesman of the Provincial Authority Mullah Alam Majidi and the Spokesman of Baghlan Police Maulawi Sher Ahmad Burhani expressed satisfaction with the security of journalists in Baghlan.
he said: We do not allow anyone to harass journalists and bring the process of information delivery into crisis.
In this meeting, the Representative of the Journalists' Safety Committee, Abdul Wahid Wahdat, and a number of journalists insisted on more coordination between the government agencies and journalists, and said that no effort will be spared for providing accurate and impartial information.
Right now, more than ten media including audio, visual and print media are operating in Baghlan.
