Senior Officials of the Ministry of Information and Culture Visit and Honor Ustad Habibullah Rafi

Senior officials of the Ministry of Information and Culture visited the residence of renowned Afghan scholar, historian, researcher, and writer Ustad Habibullah Rafi to inquire about his health, recognize his lifelong contributions, and present him with an honorary turban as a mark of appreciation and respect.
The delegation included Mr. Muhajir Farahi, Deputy Minister for Publications Affairs; Mawlawi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister for Culture and Arts; Mawlawi Rahmatullah Naryawal, Legal Adviser to the Ministry; Mawlawi Safiullah Raed, Director of Media Monitoring; and Khabib Ghafran, Director of Public Relations and Spokesperson of the Ministry.
During the visit, Deputy Minister for Arts and Culture Mawlawi Atiqullah Azizi warmly welcomed Ustad Rafi and expressed his pleasure at meeting him. He noted that Ustad Rafi has maintained his scholarly stature and distinguished reputation throughout his career and remains one of the country's most respected researchers. He added that Ustad Rafi's academic and cultural services are highly valued and that the Ministry of Information and Culture stands ready to support the publication of his works and future research endeavors.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister for Publications Affairs Mr. Muhajir Farahi presented several of his own works and other scholarly publications to Ustad Rafi as gifts.
During the gathering, the deputy ministers of the Ministry of Information and Culture also bestowed an honorary turban upon Ustad Habibullah Rafi in recognition of his valuable contributions to scholarship, literature, and Afghan cultural heritage.
