A One-Day Seminar was Organized by the Department of Information and Culture of Paktia for the student of the Journalism Department

According to the agreement signed with Paktia University and the Department of Information and Culture yesterday, 24 students of the 4th year class of the Journalism Department of the Faculty of Languages and Literature were given a one-day seminar on explaining the law on access to information. 

At the beginning of the seminar, the Director of Information and Culture, Qazi Sawab Jan Islamyar, spoke about the importance of information and media, information is the need of every human and media is the the main source of presenting the information, it is their responsibility to do their job better, and this responsibility has been given to you all as well in order to fulfill it honestly.

Afterwards, the Manager of Information, Niazullah Aseel Zazai, presented to the students of the Journalism Department of the said University the Law on Access to Information, Chapters, Articles, Right to Access to Information, the purposes and objectives of this law and the prohibitions imposed in this law, while an explanatory and training seminar was given on the clients and limitations.
The Department of Information and Culture had introduced dozens of fourth year students of Journalism Department of Paktia University to local private media for practical training before.
