The Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs meets with the UNDP program coordinator

. Mavlawi Mohammad Younus Rashid, the deputy minister for Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture, recently met with Stephen Rodriques, the UNDP Program Coordinator for Afghanistan, in his office.
 
During the meeting, Mr. Rashid expressed his gratitude for the effective initiatives undertaken by the UNDP. He requested an expansion of their activities in areas such as youth capacity building, job creation, and educational opportunities.
 
In response, Mr. Stephen Rodriques thanked the deputy minister and emphasized that they respect Afghanistan's priorities and are committed to collaborating on youth capacity building, education, and economic development.
 
It is noteworthy that the Deputy Ministry for Youth Affairs has provided hundreds of young people with free training opportunities in freelancing and other programs over the past few months. This trend continues to expand across the country.
