During a meeting with the head of the Ghor Province Information and Culture Department, officials from the Afghan Cultural Heritage Protection and Consultancy Organization (ACHCO) informed about the good preservation of the historic and ancient minarets.

ACHCO officials announced the installation of a monitoring system for 862,500 Afghanis to ensure the protection of the Jam Minaret and to investigate its condition.

The head of Information and Culture expressed gratitude for the efforts of the organization and acknowledged the important steps taken by the Islamic Emirate, particularly the Ministry of Information and Culture, in safeguarding the Minaret Jam.

Mr. Zaim added that the Ghor province's Department of Information and Culture, in coordination with the ministry, has consistently supported cultural heritage institutions in the restoration and preservation of cultural heritage. It's worth noting that the ACHCO Institute has previously undertaken cultural heritage restoration projects in Kabul, Herat, and Parwan.
