A 7-day Seminar Under the Title “Increasing the Capacity of Actors in Theater” was Started In Nimroz Province

Yesterday, a 7-day seminar for actors, students and youth was started under the title "Increasing the capacity of actors in the field of theater" in coordination with the Department of Information and Culture of Nimroz province.
Alhaji Mufti Habibullah Ilham, Director of Information and Culture of Nimroz Province, spoke about the importance of acting in the society at the opening ceremony of the seminar, assured the actors of cooperation and said: “Now is a good opportunity and ground for the actors to make efforts in creating public mindset and spreading positive message in the country through the language of theater.” He called theater education and knowledge a basic need in today's society in order to deliver a clear and reforming message to the society and to serve in this field.
Mr. Ilham added;l that the I.E.A is committed to the theater activities and asked the participants to pay attention to the lessons of the said seminar.
The presenter of the seminar, Muhammad Ilyas Safi, presented information on the history of cinema, as well as theater from the perspective of Islam, the importance of acting in society, acting and its role in society, as well as related terms in the working process of theater. In the next few days, he will teach other issues related to theater and cinema.
