Books were distributed to Young People in order to encourage them to study

Yesterday, Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan province distributed books and Ittihad newspaper to dozens of school students in order to encourage the Youth to study.
Moulvi Izat Mir Haqqani, the Manager of Culture and Tourism of the Department of Information and Culture of this province, says that the purpose of distributing these books and Ittihad newspaper is to encourage students to read books, so that young people do not stop studying and waste their time. 
Mr. Haqqani said; “Recently, we see young people who have turned away from their studies and are busy with something that are useless to the young people. The young people can buy books and study at any time, the youth who read books should come to the public library of our Department of Information and Culture and read their favorite books in a healthy environment.”
Later, the Director of this Department, Maulvi Mustafa Hashemi, said that studying is necessary for every human being and it is useful for all people to set aside time for studying.
According to Mr. Hashemi, the tradition of studying has been declining for years, the Information and Culture Department is trying to revive it. My advice is that reading books has a great role in life, we should read books, so we encourage young people to read books and study.
