Department of Information and Culture signed A Memorandum Of Understanding with Khorasan University

Director of Nangarhar Information and Culture Department Maulvi Noor Muhammad Hanif signed a memorandum of understanding with Khorasan University Humanities Faculty Director Mr. Awrang Samim on the financial discount in Journalism, English and Arabic literature for young people.
According to this Memorandum of Understanding, Nangarhar Department of Information and Culture will introduce young people to the said university and the university will give them a 50% discount in the mentioned faculties, which will be valid until the end of the entire academic period. 
Khorasan University will also provide free education to the introduced students in an annual program of English language (D.E.L).
