Seminar on the Online Monitoring System for Administrative Correspondence Concludes
On Sunday, 21 Rabiʿ al-Awwal 1447 AH, the Directorate of Human Resources at the Ministry of Information and Culture concluded a training seminar on the Online Administrative Correspondence and Document Monitoring System. This system had previously been launched for the executive managers of central directorates.
At the opening of the seminar, the deputy minister for Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs, Mawlawi Qudrat Jamal, welcomed the participants. He emphasized that the system was developed to enhance efficiency and expedite administrative processes. Mr. Jamal noted that all official documents of the ministry will now be monitored and analyzed through this new system. He urged the executive managers to carry out their duties with precision and to strictly adhere to administrative standards.
Later, the Director of Human Resources, Mawlawi Naqibullah Naaman, explained that the system was created under the special guidance of the deputy minister. He highlighted that its main objectives are to strengthen transparency, ensure quicker task execution, and simplify the monitoring of official documents, allowing employees to track their administrative records more conveniently.
The seminar concluded with the executive managers sharing their proposals and concerns. Officials assured them that any challenges would be addressed and that their suggestions would be taken into account.
