Comprehensive Training on Annual Performance Evaluation Held for Central Directors at the Ministry of Information and Culture

Sunday, 3rd Muharram al-Haram 1447 AH By directive No. 154 issued by the esteemed Office of the Prime Minister, the Personnel Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Information and Culture organized an intensive training session focused on the annual performance evaluation of civil servants. The event was led by Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs.

 The training was attended by directors of the ministry’s central departments and aimed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the administrative performance of government staff.

 Mawlawi Naqeebullah Nauman, Director of Personnel Affairs, delivered a detailed presentation outlining the core elements of the evaluation process. His presentation included topics such as strategic annual planning, stages and methods of evaluation, proper completion of assessment forms, and alignment with administrative regulations and goals.

 In his keynote remarks, Deputy Minister Jamal emphasized the importance of structured planning and clear role assignments within the civil service. He reiterated that the Office of Administrative Affairs in the Prime Minister’s Office ensures the distribution of responsibilities across institutions to prevent overlap and strengthen functional integrity. "Annual evaluations serve as a critical tool for identifying strengths, celebrating institutional achievements, and addressing performance gaps.
The session concluded with a joint prayer.
