The Members of the National House of Journalists of Afghanistan Foundation met with the Director of Information and Culture

Yesterday, the members of the National House of Journalists of Afghanistan Foundation met with the Director of Information and Culture of Paktia province, Qazi Sawab Jan Islamyar, in his office.
The purpose of the meeting was to coordinate with the country's journalists and to work together to solve the problems of the media and journalists on the part of the government and the National House of Journalists of Afghanistan.
The Director of Information and Culture, Qazi Sawab Jan Islamyar, said: "With the arrival of Islamic Emirate, the media in Paktia province has increased and it is hoped that the focus will not be on audio media alone, it is necessary to pay attention to the activities of print and online media as well."
He added; “We are trying to provide job opportunities to unemployed journalists and there are no such people in Paktia province whose media outlets have been closed and they have lost their jobs.”
Syed Yasin Mateen, the Head of Afghanistan's National House of Journalists Foundation, said: “Considering the situation of journalists and media people, it was necessary to build a common house for them at the country level, this foundation has provided many facilities to the journalists of different provinces.”
On the other hand, the Art and Culture Manager of Paktia Province, Aql Khan Wahaj, met with the officials of the first district of Gardez city to prevent the smuggling of historical artifacts and to protect the historical monuments.
Mr. Wahaj also informed the officials of the first district about historical and recreational places and the decree of his Excellency Amirul Momineen.
