Dozens of Students Graduated From the Education Program of Department of Information and Culture of Nangarhar Province 

Yesterday, 120 young people, with the permission of professional teachers, graduated in the fields of journalism, public speaking, Islamic studies, character building, administration and management with the cooperation of the Council of Journalists in the Eastern Zone and the Department of Information and Culture of Nangarhar after six months of studies.
In the ceremony organized for this purpose, Maulvi Noor Muhammad Hanif, Director of Information and Culture of Nangarhar, said; “The Department of Information and Culture has provided free education to the youth in different fields in the , Cultural Education Center and public library and is also trying to expand the scope of such education programs.”
