A Coordination Meeting was held with Journalists and Media in Baghlan Province

Thursday (29th of February, 2024) the Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan Province held a coordination meeting with journalists and local media officials for the better development of media affairs.
Director of Information and Culture of Baghlan Province Maulvi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi asked all the local media to give their employees a certificate of work experience as soon as their contract expires.
Mr. Hashemi added that the media affairs in this province are moving forward with great accuracy and speed in full coordination with the local officials and there are no problems that could hamper the media activities.
The Spokesman of the Governor, Mullah Alam Majidi, assured all-round cooperation with the media and hoped that the media will pay more attention to the sanctity of their duties and do those things that harm the country's national interests and Islamic values.
On behalf of the journalists of Baghlan, the head of the National Association of Journalists, Raz Muhammad Raz, the head of the Safety Committee, Abdul Wahid Wahdat, journalists Haris Siyar and Nurgal Andarwal continued their talks and said: “Media workers and journalists must protect the sacredness of their profession and do their job responsibly.”
