Book Review Commission Holds Regular Meeting

On Monday (10 Rabi al-Awwal 1448 AH), the Book Review Commission of the Ministry of Information and Culture’s Deputy Ministry of Publications held its regular meeting, chaired by Deputy Minister of Publications, Mr. Muhajir Farahi.
The commission reviewed several books and decided on their publication. Books found to be in accordance with Islamic and Afghan values were approved for publication.
Nineteen books referred to the commission were also distributed among its members for review. The members will present their findings at the commission’s next meeting.
The meeting also discussed legal issues involving several publishers, and the necessary decisions were made. In addition, a number of books related to the Embassy of China were thoroughly reviewed, and the commission made the necessary decisions regarding them.
The commission also reviewed several administrative matters and made the necessary decisions in this regard.
