Book Evaluation Commission Holds Regular Meeting
On Monday, the 1st of Rabi’ al-Awwal 1447, the Book Evaluation Commission, part of the Deputy Ministry of Publications Affairs within the Ministry of Information and Culture, held its regular meeting. The session was chaired by Mawlawi Ziaul Haq Haqmal, the Director of Bakhtar News Agency, and included participation from all commission members.
During the meeting, the commission reviewed the report from the previous session and positively assessed its achievements. Decisions were made regarding several books, granting publication approval to those that align with Islamic and Afghan values. Additionally, 354 previously published books were reviewed, and the performance of some publishers was evaluated.
At the conclusion of the meeting, 14 newly submitted books were distributed to the members for evaluation, and reports on these will be presented at the next session..
