The Annual Traditional Poetic Festival (Mushaira) Of Helmand River Was Held

The Annual Festival of Helmand River was held in Ghazi Muhammad Ayub Khan Maina of Lashkargah city of Helmand province, while the governor of the said province, Talib Maulvi Sahib, Islamic Emirate Spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid, Deputy Governor Maulvi Abdul Rahman Kundozi, the country's famous revolutionary Naat Khan Mullah Faqir Muhammad Darwish, Directors of information and culture of Nimroz, Farah Province and Helmand, some other administrative officials, famous and powerful poets of different provinces, writers and cultural figures participated.
The opening speech of the meeting was given by the Deputy Director of Information and Culture Department of Helmand province Maulvi Muhammad Qasim Riaz, whom welcomed all the poets, writers and guests and expressed his happiness that Helmand is the host of such a poetic festival (Mushaira) in which the famous Naat reciters of Afghanistan, poets, writers, and authors have participated.
According to Mr. Riaz, in the last twenty years, poets, writers, lovers of poetry and literature kept the pen in their struggle through the language of poetry and tried to strengthen jihadi services.
Later, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, Mr. Zabihullah Mujahid, spoke and said, It is a very happy place to participate in the Helmand River Poetic Festival (Mushaira), he added, that Islamic Emirate has promised to work for economic growth, he added that in the last two years, the country has witnessed many good developments in the economic and reconstruction sectors.
Later, poets and reciters recited chants, hymns and enthusiasm poems to the participants of the Poetic Festival (Mushaira).
At the end of the Poetic Festival (Mushaira), Mr. Rashid, the Director of Information and Culture of this province, gave gifts made of Helmand’s Marble Stones to the poets, writers, naat reciters as well as the guests.
