An ancient fort was discovered in De Salah district of Baghlan

  Today Monday (1st of May, 2023), according to the news of Baghlan Province Information and Culture Department, an ancient fort named Mir Ghazi Bek was discovered and surveyed in Tal Ghazi area of De Salah District.
Maulvi Asadullah Hashemi, Director of Information and Culture, says that the delegation from the Ministry of Information and Culture discovered and surveyed the ancient fort, which has a long history.
The officials of Culture and Tourism Management of Baghlan Department of Information and Culture say that the ancient fort was discovered by a delegation from the Ministry of Information and Culture and the archeology teams of Baghlan Department of Information and Culture, which also conducted a survey, the newly discovered fort belongs to the Islamic period.
