A coordinating meeting was held with spokespersons and officials of the government agencies in the North-East zone in Kunduz
On Sunday, the 1st of Jumadi al-Awali 1446, a coordinating meeting was held in Kunduz province with the spokespersons and broadcasting representatives of government agencies in the North-East zone. This meeting was organized by the Department of Access to Information, under the Ministry of Information and Culture.
The meeting was attended by Mavlawi Ziaul Haq Haqmal, the head of Bakhtar Agency and acting Deputy Minister of Publication Affairs, Mavlawi Rahmatullah Nariwal, the head of the Access to Information Department heads of Information and Culture Departments from the North-East Zone, as well as spokespersons and broadcasting representatives from various government agencies.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mavlawi Rahmatullah Nariwal outlined the directive from Amirul Momineen (his Excellency) regarding the prohibition of the publication of information from unofficial sources regarding the Islamic Emirate. He emphasized the importance of fostering a friendly and collaborative working atmosphere, which can enhance productivity and ensure that achievements are effectively communicated to the public
. Mavlawi Ziaul Haq Haqmal remarked that information should be conveyed clearly and with high quality to the media. He stated that employees must be trained to meet high standards and that media under the Islamic system should aim to be unparalleled on an international level. He also stressed that spokespersons represent the official voice of their organizations and should treat all colleagues fairly. The Ministry of Information and Culture is dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by all standard media outlets.
During the meeting, spokespersons from government agencies and media representatives voiced their concerns and opinions, while officials provided answers and assured attendees that efforts would be made to resolve these issues.
