The 17th Decree of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah Protect Him) Explained in Takhar.

In coordination with the Office of the Provincial Governor, the Takhar Directorate of Information and Culture held a session to discuss the 17th decree of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), issued to eliminate harmful social customs. The meeting included senior government officials and respected community elders.

During the event, Takhar’s Governor, Mawlawi Samiullah Hezbollah, emphasized that obeying the decrees of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin is a duty everyone must follow. He also highlighted that ignoring these directives is a sin and warned against complacency in enforcing them.

Also speaking at the session, Sheikh Qiyamuddin Hanif, head of the Takhar Ulama Council, described the enforcement of this decree as both essential and mandatory. He urged all government institutions to implement it with seriousness and diligence.

Representing the province’s elders, Mawlawi Izzatullah expressed their collective support for the decree. He affirmed that the people of Takhar support the leadership’s directives and will work harder to promote and uphold the decree through mosques and local community groups.
