A Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Department of Information and Culture and Omar Private Institute in Ghazni

Last Thursday, 9 March,2023, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Director of Information and Culture, Mullah Hamidullah Nisar, and Mr. Ghanizoi, the representative of Omar Private Institute of Health Sciences.

Mullah Hamidullah Nisar, Director of Information and Culture of Ghazni, said that the youth who have financial problems and want to study health and medicine, will be introduced to the Omar Institute of Health Sciences by this department and will be offered studies at a low price. 
Mr. Nisar added that we are trying to provide low-cost education in private universities and academic centers for the youth of Ghazni who have financial problems.
Earlier, Ghazni's Director of Information and Culture, Mullah Hamidullah Nisar, said that during this year, he introduced hundreds of young people to universities and educational centers at low cost.
