A meeting was held on the Development Plan of Kabul City and the Protection of Historical m Monuments and Areas

Yesterday, in a joint meeting of the representatives of the Ministry of Urban Development, Kabul Municipality Department, Environmental Protection Agency and Aga Khan Cultural Department under the leadership of Moulavi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister of Art and Culture of the Ministry of Information and Culture, discussed the protection of historical monuments and areas in the new development plan of Kabul city.
The Deputy Minister of Art and Culture of the Ministry of Information and Culture said in the meeting that the development of Kabul city is a demand of everyone and we should work together with the relevant agencies so that the historical identity and history of the city are preserved forever. 
Later, the Deputy Minister of Planning and Development of Kabul Municipality, Pohanmal Sadruddin said that the Kabul Municipality has always tried to preserve and protect the historical heritage and historical identity of the city and will work together with the Ministry of Information and Culture to implement the city's development plan. Pohanmal Sadruddin added that there was no coordination with the Ministry of Information and Culture in the previous republican system, but with the arrival of the Islamic Emirate, we are working together with the said ministry to protect the city's historical identity and historical monuments.
