Ministry of Information and Culture Holds Youth Seminar in Samangan

The Ministry of Information and Culture’s Director of Youth Affairs held a seminar titled “The Role of Youth in Strengthening the Islamic System” for around 200 young people during an official visit to Samangan Province.
Speaking at the seminar, Mawlawi Firozuddin Munib, head of the Samangan Provincial Department of Information and Culture, described young people as one of the country’s most valuable assets and a driving force for social progress. He said the younger generation had a vital role in shaping the country’s future and contributing to national development and the strengthening of the Islamic system. He emphasized that young people could fulfil this role by pursuing knowledge, upholding Islamic values and ethics, preserving national unity, and serving the public sincerely.
Munib also stressed the importance of promoting awareness, commitment, responsibility, and a spirit of service among young people. He noted that progress in various sectors depended on the younger generation’s efforts, creativity, and active participation in society.
Mawlawi Mohammad Dawood Agha Hashimi, Director of Youth Affairs at the Ministry’s General Directorate for the Preservation of Jihadi Artifacts, also spoke about the role of young people in strengthening the Islamic system and the importance of intellectual and cultural reform. He described youth as the backbone of society and an important force for national stability and development.
Hashimi urged young people to remain alert to  hostile propaganda and conspiracies. He encouraged them to act with awareness, sound judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility, and to contribute actively to strengthening the Islamic system and serving their religion, country, and people.
Several participants welcomed the seminar, saying that educational and awareness-raising programmes of this kind help improve young people’s understanding, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and support their intellectual development.
