Some time ago, the Ministry of Information and Culture organized a contest of artistic and cultural gifts of the year 1402 in eight artistic and cultural fields at the country level, in which Ghulam Naqshenbad Rajabi won the second position in Cultural Field, and Ghulam Mohammad Ziyarwan won the third position in literature.
At the same time, the Department of Information and Culture of Ghazni Province honored the two cultural figures in this province and gave them certificates of appreciation and cash gifts from the Ministry of Information and Culture.
Director of Information and Culture of Ghazni, Mullah Hamidullah Nisar, praised the cultural and artistic activities of Mr. Ghulam Naqshanbad Rajabi and Ghulam Mohammad Ziyarwan and called them spiritual capitals of Ghazni.
Mr. Nisar added that even now Ghazni has the same high position in the field of culture and art in the country as before with active cultural guardians and it is necessary to keep this position alive.
