A Three-Day Seminar has started in the Department of Information and Culture

Yesterday, a three-day seminar under the title of "Academic Research" was started at the Helmand Public Library of the Department of Information and Culture of Helmand Province.
The seminar was attended by Mohsen Omari, Head of Helmand Public Library, Maulvi Nuruddin Agha, Manager of Youth Affairs, Financial and Administrative Manager Lal Muhammad Masoumi, Qari Qudratullah Tasal, Manager of Youth Coordination, students, Taliban Olaman and many young people participated in the seminar. 
The presenter of the seminar, Mohsin Omari, said; “The purpose of the seminar is to strengthen the culture of books and study, to encourage the young generation and to provide complete information about research.
According to Mr. Omari, the said seminar is made up of three parts, which will be presented to the participants during three days.
