Regular Meeting of the Book Review Commission Held

On Monday (22nd of Rajab 1447 AH), the regular meeting of the Book Review Commission of the Deputy Ministry for Publications Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture was held under the chairmanship of Mawlawi Zia-ul-Haq Haqmal, Head of the Bakhtar News Agency.
At the outset of the meeting, the Commission’s Secretary presented a report on the previous session, during which the Commission’s achievements and activities were positively evaluated. During this meeting, decisions were made regarding several books, and those written in accordance with Islamic and Afghan values were granted permission to publish. Additionally, necessary decisions were taken concerning 30 volumes of published books as well as imported calendars.
At the conclusion of the meeting, 16 volumes of books that had been submitted to the Commission for evaluation were assigned to Commission members for review, so that reports could be presented at the next meeting.
