A One-day Book Exhibition was held in Helmand under the name of Book Reading Week

Yesterday, a one-day book exhibition called Book Reading Week was organized by the Department of Information and Culture in Lashkargah, the center of Helmand.
Mohsen Omari, Manager of the Public Library of the Department of Information and Culture, says that this exhibition called the Book Reading Week is organized in all provinces of the country under the direction of the Ministry of Information and Culture to provide opportunities for reading books to young people while helping in book culture becoming common.
Some of the teachers of Lashkargah Cultural Center said that creating a book exhibition is very useful in encouraging study, it provides an opportunity for free study and it is the best way to enlighten people's minds.
Other participants of the exhibition also expressed their happiness with the establishment of the said exhibition and called this effort useful for popularizing the tradition of study and asked the youth to participate in similar exhibitions and dedicate more of their time to study.
