دوشنبه ( ۱۷ محرم ۱۴۴۶ ) تخار ولايت د اطلاعاتو او کلتور رئيس مولوي ذبیح الله انصاري د ځوانانو چارو د آمر مولوي عین الدین مطمئن په ملتيا د تخار ولایت د مرکز تالقان ښار له نهرچمن ښوونيز مرکز څخه لیدنه وکړه.
د يادې ليدنې پرمهال ښاغلي انصاري وویل: ځوانان د هيواد فعاله او ځواکمن قشر دی، باید زده کړې وکړي او د هيواد آبادولو لپاره له هيڅ ډول هڅو ډډه ونه کړي، نوموړي له ځوانانو وغوښتل، چې له شته فرصتونو څخه په ښه توګه ګټه پورته کړي.
ديادونې وړده، د ځوانانو چارو امريت له لوري د ځوانانو لپاره درې ښوونيز مرکزونه د تلقان ښار په دریو برخو کې د اکټيډ موسسې په همکارۍ جوړ شوي، چې شاوخوا 120 ځوانان په کې په زده کړو مصروف دي.
