On Monday, the 3rd of Dhu al-Qa‘dah 1447, the Book Evaluation Commission under the Deputy Ministry for Publications Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture held its regular session.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Secretary of the Commission presented a report on the previous session, highlighting the Commission’s achievements and activities.
During the meeting, several decisions were made regarding several books. Those works that aligned with Islamic and Afghan values were granted permission for publication. Additionally, decisions were made regarding 391 volumes of exported and imported books covering 49 different titles. The publications from Ayandeh-Sazan Publishing House were also reviewed and approved.
Notably, seven volumes of the books were distributed among the members of the Commission for further evaluation, with instructions to present their findings at the next session.
