The Regular Session of the Book Evaluation Commission was held

On Monday (6 Ramadan 1447 AH), the regular session of the Book Evaluation Commission, affiliated with the Deputy Ministry for Publications Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister for Publications Affairs, Mr. Muhajir Farahi.

At the outset of the meeting, the Commission’s Secretary presented a report on the previous session, and the Commission’s achievements and activities were positively assessed. During the session, decisions were made regarding several books, and those found to be written in accordance with Islamic and Afghan values were granted publication approval. Furthermore, the necessary decisions were taken concerning 355 copies of imported and exported books encompassing 26 different titles.

At the conclusion of the meeting, 20 copies of the books submitted to the Commission for evaluation were distributed to the Commission members for review, so that their findings may be presented at the next session.
