National Journalists' Day was Celebrated in Many Provinces of the Country

Sunday (17th of March), National Journalists' Day was celebrated by Departments of Information and Culture of Baghlan, Kapisa, Faryab, Herat, Ghor and some other provinces, in which the governors of provinces, the Directors of Information and Culture, members of journalists support communities, journalists, media workers and spokespersons of government agencies participated in it.
Journalists are an important part of the society, who act as a communication bridge between the people and the government.
Every year, the 27th of the month of “Hoot”, which is named as the National Day of Journalists, is celebrated by the Ministry of Information and Culture and the provincial departments during a series of special ceremonies.
