MoIC Holds Extraordinary meeting on Coronavirus Public Awareness

Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Ms. Hasina Safi chaired an extraordinary meeting with the ministry's leadership to provide a public awareness for the prevention of the outbreak of coronavirus at the national and ministry level, BNA reported the other day.
According to the agency, the acting minister said that her led ministry has taken inclusive programs and has also made some measures for prevention of the disease outbreak both inside the ministry and at the national level.
She said there was a need for fighting the disease through further efforts on public awareness about the disease and urgent measures should be adopted for its outbreak. She instructed the deputy youth minister for taking key part on public awareness among the people by using the volunteers' capacities to extend the awareness messages, the agency quoted.
Ms. Safi also instructed the deputy ministers and the ministry's related directors for providing an inclusive program to help prevent further outbreak of the coronavirus.
