Minister Safi Stresses Glorious Celebration of Int’l Women’s Day

  Chaired by acting minister of information and culture Hasina Safi, the convening committee meeting was held for holding a program to celebrate International Women’s Day.
In the meeting, modality of holding the program for marking the International Women’s Day was discussed and members of the committee delivered the meeting their visions, suggestions and preparations in connection with modality of better holding the program.
Meanwhile, modality of holding cultural programs, the article shows, art exhibitions and appreciation of elite women particularly in cultural sections were also discussed, in the meeting. Acting minister of information and culture specified coming responsibilities of the committee’s members in connection with holding the program, stressing that the program should be gloriously held to mark International Women’s Day.
According to another report, chaired by acting minister of information and culture Hasina Safi, National Commission of Nawroz Festival was held yesterday.
In the meeting, acting minister of information and culture said that effort should be made to mark the festival with contemplation of social peace and pay attention to widely participation of women.
Meanwhile, advisor of cultural affairs for information and culture Dr. Khoshal Rohi said that the historic festival of Nawroz would be marked in four sites of Kabul city.
