Meeting was held with the Spokespersons of Provincial Agencies and Media Representatives in Nangarhar

Yesterday, a meeting was held with the spokespersons of the provincial agencies and media representatives in Nangarhar Information and Culture Department under the leadership of the Director of the said department, Qari Noor Muhammad Hanif, and with the cooperation of the Journalists Safety Committee.
In the meeting, the Director of Information and Culture Department called the media the language of the country and the nation, and asked the media representatives to show the reality of the current situation of Afghanistan to the nation and the international community, and to stop false propaganda and lies in the media, he also added that they will soon establish a joint commission in Nangarhar to deal with the problems of the media in a timely manner.
In this meeting, Yousef Zarifi, the head of the Committee for the Protection of Journalists of the Eastern Zone, and Shafiqullah Rahmani, the head of the Voice Media Association, and other journalists thanked the media for their continuous support and efforts of the Department of Information and Culture.
During the meeting, the spokesman of the province, Qazi Mullah Adel, the Spokesman of the Police Chief, Haji Raees Zabali, the Spokesman of the Border Brigade, Rashid, the Spokesman of the Intelligence Department, Mansoor Habibzai, the Spokesman of the Third Bridge Brigade, Fakhruddin Siddiqui, emphasized on bilateral cooperation in their talks.
