The Director of Information and Culture of Faryab met with a number of writers and cultural figures

Today, Sunday (2023/6/18), the Director of Information and Culture of Faryab province, Maulvi Shamsuddin Mohammadi, met with a number of writers and culture figures of this province.
During their meeting opinions and discussions were exchanged about the improvements of cultural activities in different fields.
The meeting began with the recitation of the holy verses of the Holy Quran.
Afterwards, the Director of Information and Culture of the said province said that the purpose of this meeting is to create an association of writers and cultural figures to publish a book by the official of the province, a committee to review the content and text of the books and based on the guidance of the Ministry of Information and Culture, a representative of the association has to be  introduced in order to identify the history, alphabet and script, dialect, grammar, important works and old manuscripts of the Uzbek and Turkmen languages in Faryab.
Syed Tajuddin Tashqin Bahai, Mohammad Ishaq Shamsi and Ustad Hamidahl Butun Haidari, on behalf of writers and cultural figures, shared their views and suggestions on the mentioned topics while assuring cooperation.
