It is with great sadness that we received the news that the famous poet of the country and the former Director of National Radio, Maulawi Dur Muhammad Gohari, has left this world due to his illness.
Mr. Gohari was a popular folk and revolutionary poet of the country, who made great contributions in the field of poetry.
The leadership of the Ministry of Information and Culture of Afghanistan considers his death a great loss for Afghanistan.
