A capacity-building training seminar was held for the central and provincial directors of the Ministry of Information and Culture
The deputy ministry of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs organized a capacity-building training seminar for the central and provincial heads of the Ministry of Information and Culture on Saturday, the 14th of Jumada al-Thani 1446.
The seminar's opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaj Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa; the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs, Mavlawi Qudratullah Jamal; as well as directors from central and provincial administrations.
During his address to the seminar participants, Minister of Information and Culture Alhaj Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa emphasized the importance of enhancing coordination between central and provincial administrations to improve operations. He urged attendees to work diligently towards the ministry's main objectives set by the Emirate. He highlighted the need for increased efforts to shape public opinion and to counteract the negative propaganda from adversaries. The Ministry of Information and Culture is committed to ensuring proper education and intellectual development for the youth, as well as creating job opportunities within the country.
Mr. Khairkhwa expressed that those dedicated to serving the country and its people will not be left behind. He encouraged provincial administrations to identify capable and qualified individuals for suitable positions. He advised provincial heads not to be discouraged by challenges and obstacles but to persevere in achieving their goals. He also mentioned the establishment of a new department within the ministry focused on preserving jihadist values, which is actively working toward its objectives.
Additionally, Mavlawi Qudratullah Jamal, the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs, stated that the seminar aims to foster better coordination among the central and provincial heads. Throughout the seminar, all heads will share information regarding their respective departments’ activities, achievements, and plans, as well as their experiences to enhance overall performance. He urged all heads to share their successful experiences and advice.
It is important to note that during this seminar, the heads of central departments will first present comprehensive information about their activities, duties, achievements, and plans. In the following days, provincial department heads will share their departments' activities, achievements, challenges, and suggestions. Officials will respond and seek solutions to the issues.
