The scholarship agreement was signed between the Department of Information and Culture and Saba Higher Education Institution.
 
On Wednesday (26th of Dhul Hijjah 1445), the Department of Information and Culture in Kandahar Province signed an agreement with the Saba Higher Education Institute for 20 scholarships in the faculties of economics and computer science.
 
Hafiz Hamdullah Saeed, the Youth Affairs head of the department, stated that the Saba Higher Education Institute has granted 10 scholarships at a 75 percent discount for the Faculty of Economics and 10 scholarships at a 60 percent discount for the Faculty of Computer Science to the Department of Information and Culture.
He also mentioned that interested individuals can apply for the 18th cycle of 1403 by obtaining a special letter from the Directorate of Youth Affairs.
