Two-Day Seminar for Journalists From Five Provinces started in the Department of Information and Culture of Kandahar Province

Today, Wednesday (2023/9/20), a two-day seminar for the journalists of five provinces started in the Department of Information and Culture of Kandahar province.
Journalists from Kandahar, Helmand, Zabul, Rozgan and Nimroz provinces participated in the two-day seminar, which started on Wednesday and will continue tomorrow. The seminar was organized by the Polio Vaccine Division of UNICEF, which will provide journalists with information about polio vaccines and news coverage.
At the beginning of the seminar, the Director of Information and Culture of Kandahar Maulvi Inamullah Samangani said; “Journalists should be very accurate in coverage of polio vaccinations, they should make authentic reports for public awareness while share the opinions of reliable medical and Sharia experts with the public.”
Mr. Samangani added that it is necessary to apply the medicines and vaccines approved by the health experts and everyone should cooperate in their implementation.
