Qatari Ambassador Meets with the Minister of Information and Culture
On Sunday, 30 Dhul-Qa’dah 1447 AH, Dr. Murdif Al-Qashouti, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Afghanistan, met with Sheikh Sher Ahmad Haqqani, the Minister of Information and Culture, at the Ministry's headquarters in Kabul.
During their meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening relations, cooperation, and coordination between Afghanistan and Qatar in cultural programs and activities.
Ambassador Dr. Murdif Al-Qashouti expressed Qatar’s readiness to collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacities of Afghan youth. He noted that civilization and culture serve as crucial bridges between nations and form a vital foundation for building strong and constructive relationships across various sectors.
Minister Sheikh Sher Ahmad Haqqani highlighted the long-standing friendly relations between Afghanistan and Qatar and stressed the need to further strengthen cultural ties between the two countries. He also mentioned that the Ministry of Information and Culture has planned various programs aimed at empowering Afghan youth. Additionally, he acknowledged that the support and cooperation of friendly nations are essential for the successful implementation of these initiatives.
