Yesterday, the best and talented students of the Helmand Public Library of the Department of Information and Culture were honored in Lashkargah, the capital of Helmand province.
Manager of Helmand Public Library, Mohsin Omari, said: “We will try our best to celebrate the best readers of the book in various programs and arrange and organize different programs for their encouragement.”
The Manager of Youth Growth and Development, the Manager of Youth Coordination and the teacher of Helmand Education Center, gave special gifts to those who came to the public library more than others and used the information from the books and received the honor of writing a book at the Helmand Youth Education Center.
