Students Graduated from the Educational Center of the Department of Information and Culture in Parwan Province 

An English Language course was organized by the Management of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture of Parwan Province, from which 40 students graduated today.
In the meeting organized in this regard, Hamdullah Danish, the Manager of Youth Affairs, spoke and said; “Four months ago, an English language course was organized by this department, and 40 students graduated from the said course today.” He also gave information about the future plans of the Department and added that the Department of Information and Culture is the home of the society and especially the youth and will work hard to strengthen their abilities.
Later, the Director of Information and Culture Maulvi Shamsur Rehman Siddiqui congratulated the graduating students and spoke about the value of knowledge and said; “The Department of Information and Culture provides opportunities for education to the youth and we call upon the youth to take advantage of opportunities.”
In the end, the students who graduated from the Educational Center were given the certificates of success.
