Speech Contest Was Held in Baghlan Province
In Baghlan province, a speech competition was held by the Manager of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture, in which school students, Taliban of Madrassas and university students participated.
Moulvi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi, Director of Information and Culture of Baghlan, said; “The aim of this competition is to improve the intellectual development of young people, increase their academic abilities, manage time while speaking, use standard language, convey a message to the audience in a good way, and improve their accent.”
Mr. Hashemi said; “If the young people learn and apply noise management during the speech, it will benefit both themselves and the audience as well, but if the noise management during the speech is incorrect, it would not be useful.”
Later, Maulvi Izat Mir Haqqani, the Culture and Tourism Manager, said; "Young people have done their duty in Jihad, community development, youth training and other areas, and it is necessary to further fulfill their social, cultural and political responsibility towards the people and the country.”
At the same time, Qari Muhammad Abdul Rahman, the Manager of the Youth Affairs, said; "Smart mobiles, simple mobiles, cash, books and booklets were distributed to ten high-ranking people, so that we can encourage others and try to improve in all aspects of life.”
