A Speech Competition was Held in Sar-e-pul Province

Yesterday, a speech competition was held among 55 young people in the library hall of the Department of Information and Culture of Sarpul Province by the Management of Youth Affairs.
Director of Information and Culture Maulvi Abdul Ghafar Haqnama said: “The purpose of this competition is to encourage young people to read and to make them aware of their responsibilities.”
He added; “We should give such education and training to the youth, which will lead the country and the Islamic system towards development, and self-reliance.”
Afterwards, the participants of the competition read their written articles in front of the evaluators, and 15 of the 55 best participants were given certificates, computers, books and notebooks.
